Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with 1-4 years of experience to collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams in crafting tailored solutions using the Odoo platform. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to drive decision-making. Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Visio. Perform data analysis using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support strategic decision-making. Assist in project management activities including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management. Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to testing and deployment. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes. Must Have Proven experience as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies. Detail-oriented with project management skills. Must have 1-4 years of experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective management.
