Job Description

KPI Partners is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst - BI to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and developing actionable insights to improve business processes and drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements for BI solutions. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve business performance. - Create detailed documentation, including business requirement documents, data models, and process flows. - Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders. - Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of BI solutions. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate BI solutions before deployment. - Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in business intelligence or data analytics. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. - Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
