Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring eCommerce projects.
Create, manage, and track tasks, sprints, and deliverables in JIRA.
Coordinate between internal teams design, development, QA, and marketing to ensure smooth project flow.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and timelines.
Communicate with clients for status updates, feedback, and issue resolution.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and help in mitigation planning.
Support project reviews, sprint retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.

2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an eCommerce environment.

Working knowledge of JIRA (must-have).

Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
