• Provide regular updates, reports, and documentation for stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 48 years of experience as a

  Business Analyst

  , preferably in the

  e-commerce or retail domain

• Strong understanding of

  e-commerce platforms

  , business flows (product, cart, checkout, order, payment, returns, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with

  manual testing

  , creating test scenarios and test cases
• Proficiency in using tools like

  JIRA

  ,

  Confluence

  ,

  TestRail

  , or equivalent
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills
