15 years full time educationSummary: As a Business Analyst, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific requirements. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall business objectives and user expectations, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical specifications. - Design and implement software components that meet the defined requirements while adhering to best practices in coding and testing. - Knowledge of agile methods, e.g., test-driven development, SCRUM, Kanban, refactoring - Knowledge of the programming languages, tools, frameworks, and software engineering methods used - Solid know-how in software/system architecture and technology - Basic banking-related knowledge relevant to the respective software product (lending) - Knowledge of analytical methods (especially requirements elicitation, documentation) - Analytical skills - Problem-solving competence Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with software development tools and frameworks relevant to business requirements analysis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
