Project Role :Business Analyst

Project Role Description :Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Summary:As a Business Analyst for Avaloq Wealth, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Work directly with client on gathering requirements, perform Impact Analysis, Solution Design and Implement the system requirements in Avaloq Core system

Sound knowledge of core banking system, payments, accounting and regulatory requirements

Sound knowledge on Avaloq Core banking products and modules

Work with developers, functional and the QA team to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements

Participate in code reviews and quality reviews to ensure traceability of the designs to the requirements

Prepare Impact Analysis, Solution Design, Handover Documents and present to the clients

Design, Build and Configure applications to meet business process and application requirements Professional & Technical Skills:

Must have Skills:Avaloq Core

Good to Have Skills:Knowledge of other core-banking product in the market like T24, Finacle

Good knowledge of the following Tools

Confluence, JIRA

PL-SQL

Unix

HP QC

Good Communication Skills

Great Team Player

Flexible to work in shifts and relocation Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Avaloq Wealth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
