Must have skills : Business Requirements Analysis Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to provide valuable insights and recommendations for process improvement and system optimization. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Conduct business requirements analysis to identify customer needs and define business solutions. Design and document business processes and systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business requirements. Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights for process improvement. Develop and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process optimization. Mentor and guide junior business analysts in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. Strong understanding of business process analysis methodologies and techniques. Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Knowledge of process modeling tools such as BPMN or UML. Experience in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Excel or SQL. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with business process management (BPM) software. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
