Job Description

As a Business Advisory Associate at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide the best resolutions. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs, transforming customer support into a value-generating service that differentiates us in the market.
