Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Advisor to act as a trusted consultant for our key clients. In this role, you will gain deep insights into client objectives and challenges to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that enhance growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value. You will lead strategic discussions, collaborate across departments, and ensure outstanding client experiences while driving revenue expansion and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, challenges, and priorities.
  • Develop and deliver tailored business strategies and solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating seamlessly with internal teams across operations, delivery, finance, and support.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions, service reviews, and contract discussions to align client expectations with organizational capabilities.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts through data-driven insights.
  • Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing updates on client performance, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the refinement of consulting methodologies and best practices.

  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and business intelligence tools.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in dynamic business environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1 to 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategic account management, or business advisory roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing strategic clients or portfolios and delivering impactful solutions that drive growth.
