Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Co-working Space Administrator to manage daily operations, support members, and ensure the smooth running of our workspace. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations:
  • Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Handle walk-ins, inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly.
  • Facility Management:
  • Oversee cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the premises.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and vendors for repairs or supplies.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and consumables.
  • Member Support:
  • Onboard new members and provide tours of the facility.
  • Address and resolve member issues or escalate when needed.
  • Collect feedback and work on improving member satisfaction.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain records of memberships, contracts, and payments.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on occupancy, attendance, and issues.
  • Assist in billing and coordination with the finance team.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Organize internal events, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Foster a sense of community among co-working members.
  • Support marketing or social media efforts related to events or promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, facility, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,016.88 - ₹18,000.00 per month
