We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Administrator to oversee daily operations and drive business growth for our caf. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall administration, streamlining operational efficiency, and contributing to business development and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Caf Operations Management: Supervise day-to-day caf operations ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Maintain inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships. Business Administration: Oversee administrative functions including staffing, scheduling, reporting, and compliance. Manage budgets, expenses, and financial documentation. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage the team to ensure performance and efficiency. Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment. Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and implement strategies to increase revenue. Collaborate with senior management to execute expansion plans. Marketing & Promotions: Plan and implement local marketing strategies and promotional activities. Manage online presence and engage with the local community to boost brand visibility. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (810 years) in operations, business management, or administration. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Proficient in MS Office and basic financial reporting.
