Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop product strategies aligned with business objectives, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
Create detailed product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans to drive product growth and revenue expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful launches.
Analyze sales data and market insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize product performance.
Ensure effective communication of products' value proposition to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience in Product Management or related field (Electrical Equipment industry preferred).
Strong understanding of Busduct products' life cycle management from conceptualization to end-of-life phase.
Proven track record in developing successful product plans, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies.
