Bus Fleet Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the bus fleet, including both Diesel and Electric buses at the Vijayawada hub. Your responsibilities will include managing Vijayawada, Tenali, and Guntur, requiring occasional travel to these locations. You will focus on enhancing vehicle service quality by supervising the team of drivers and crew, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, punctuality, and upholding operational standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of bus services. - Supervise the entire crew of drivers, cleaners, and bus captains. - Implement and optimize operational processes and strategies. - Provide supervision and support to the operations team, including drivers and maintenance staff. - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. - Coordinate with the Maintenance team to uphold vehicle quality. - Address customer complaints promptly and ensure high service quality. - Offer round-the-clock support. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in handling intercity bus operations is preferred. - Proficiency in Hindi is preferred. - Willingness to travel up to 25% is required. - Work location is in person.
