Bungalow Admin Manager

A Admin manager required for a famous Industrialist Bungalow at Chennai The Job: 1) Allocating task and supervising the team of multi-disciplinary staff including housekeeping, Kitchen staff, maintenance and security. 2) Plan and coordinate all civil work & installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments 3) Manage the upkeep of electrical & electronic equipment, and supplies to meet health and safety standards 4) Periodical Inspection of buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations. 5) Procurement of goods as and when required 6) Organising events / functions as and when required 7) Appointing / renewal of the annual maintenance contracts of the vendors. 8) Verify bills and certifying the work completion and submitting to the finance for payments. 9) Ensuring health and safety protocols as per the standards 10)Dealing with emergencies as they arise.
