Spanish Travel Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers.
• Sell customized travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance.
• Provide expert advice and up-to-date travel information.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Follow up with leads, upsell additional services, and build long-term client relationships.
  

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in travel sales , customer service, or a related field.
• Passion for travel and strong destination knowledge (especially Europe, South America, etc.).
• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and CRMs is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
  

Preferred

• Experience working with travel agencies, OTAs, or tour operators.
• Knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, or other GDS platforms.
