Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers.
Sell customized travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance.
Provide expert advice and up-to-date travel information.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Follow up with leads, upsell additional services, and build long-term client relationships.
Passion for travel and strong destination knowledge (especially Europe, South America, etc.).
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and CRMs is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
Experience working with travel agencies, OTAs, or tour operators.
Knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, or other GDS platforms.
