Job Description

Role Overview: As the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager at the company, you will have a pivotal role in executing Global HSE strategic objectives within the Client account. Your duties will encompass overseeing and mitigating operational risks, offering technical guidance on HSE matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, and aiding the account team in identifying cost-effective solutions for HSE risks. Additionally, you will spearhead the promotion of a safety culture across the Account and uphold strong client relationships while meeting service levels. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Global WD HSE and Client strategic objectives within the Client account - Provide guidance and advice on HSE risk management at all levels - Offer technical advice on relevant HSE issues and communicate changes in legislation - Manage building-related risk assessments in line with legal requirements and Client Global Risk Control Standards - Lead, manage, and develop the Account HSE culture - Develop relationships with key internal and external HSE stakeholders - Ensure compliance with JLL Regional HSE operational controls and drive best practice HSE training programs - Support the successful delivery of HSE regulatory responsibilities and best practices Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety/ Environmental Science/Engineering - Advanced certifications in HSE such as NEBOSH/Advanced diploma in Industrial safety will be an added advantage - Minimum 3 years experience in developing, implementing, and managing HSE programs in Facilities - Strong track record in HSE management within Operational Management systems - Experience in managing HSE for multiple sites across multiple countries - Recognized Professional HSE qualifications and memberships,
