Version control: Git, branching strategies
Dependency management: Conan, PyPi, vcpkg
Soft skills: Independence, problem-solving, documentation

Embedded Software Developer (3 - 5)

Embedded software: 5 years experience, C/C++
RTOS: Zephyr, low-level driver development
Debugging profiling: MCU-specific, performance tuning
