Job Description

As a seasoned HR professional, you will be responsible for acting as a business partner and overseeing all HR functions for the Auto Component Business. Your primary objective will be to drive results and implement strategies that align with the organization's goals and policies. Your role will involve managing the entire spectrum of HR, Industrial Relations (IR), Learning & Development (L&D), Administration, Performance, and Talent. Your key responsibilities will include developing talent strategies, conducting manpower planning and budgeting, and aligning HR strategies with the business unit's objectives. You will be tasked with implementing group HR and IR policies, leading digital transformation and automation of HR processes, and managing the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to performance management. Collaborating with business function heads, you will draft and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure efficient staffing and optimal employee performance. You will also be responsible for talent and performance management, including identifying high-potential employees, developing career succession plans, and driving organizational initiatives related to talent management. Additionally, you will liaise with local authorities and union representatives to ensure smooth operations, resolve grievances, and drive proactive industrial relations practices. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in learning and development by implementing strategies aligned with the Group's philosophy, identifying training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Your expertise in HR management, business acumen, knowledge of labor laws and IR policies, result orientation, analytical thinking, and conflict resolution skills will be key to your success in this role. Your educational qualifications should include an MSW/MBA in Human Resource Management or Personnel & IR Management, along with a minimum of 20 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing organizations. Your location of work will be Gurgaon or Faridabad. Overall, your role as an HR professional in this position will be critical in driving business efficiency, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, fostering positive employer-employee relationships, and enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction levels.,
