Client Relationship Management: - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, demonstrating an understanding of their needs and offering prompt assistance. - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Campaign Execution: - Coordinate and supervise the execution of advertising campaigns across various locations. - Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and external agencies to guarantee the timely delivery of materials and services. - Monitor the progress of campaigns, address any challenges that arise, and provide regular updates to both clients and internal teams. 3. Field Operations: - Conduct field visits to oversee campaign implementation and troubleshoot any on-ground challenges. - Supervise and manage field staff involved in campaign execution. - Maintain accurate records of field activities, expenses, and reports.
