Roles and Responsibilities: Observe and maintain detailed records of equipment tests. Perform individual equipment testing before dispatch. Provide effective solutions to clients for on-site technical complaints in coordination with the concerned departments. Manage and control fermenters. Troubleshoot technical issues independently. Prepare detailed reports of testing and support activities. Offer telephonic client support for technical issues. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in a relevant technical field. Presentable with strong communication skills. Ability to resolve technical queries, issues, and on-site complaints. Quick learner with a proactive approach. Self-motivated and punctual.
