Job Description

Fault Management & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in BSS platforms (web servers, middleware, databases) and network elements (BSC, BTS, MW).
System Operations: Manage BSS applications, implement configuration changes, deploy software, and ensure high uptime (e.g., >99.7%).
Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, create automation scripts, and manage system upgrades.
Customer & Stakeholder Support: Provide technical input for pre-sales, support sales/marketing, and coordinate with NOC, IT, and field teams.
Process Improvement: Develop and update procedures, analyze risks, and contribute to problem management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹19,055.19 - ₹48,672.58 per month
