Job Description: B.Sc. Fresher – Steel Industry

Position: Graduate Trainee (B.Sc. – Fresher)
Industry: Steel / Manufacturing
Location: Bachau (Near Gandhidham, Gujarat)
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Joining: Immediate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations within the steel manufacturing plant.
• Support senior engineers/department heads in production, quality control, and safety.
• Conduct basic testing, monitoring, and documentation of raw materials and finished products.
• Learn and implement industry standards, operational processes, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with different departments (Production, Dispatch, Maintenance, QC).
• Prepare daily reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. (Chemistry / Physics / Industrial Chemistry / Metallurgy preferred).
• Experience: Fresher (0–1 year).
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a plant/industrial environment.
• Flexible for shifts as per operational requirements.
