Qualifications & Requirements: Educational Qualification: *Master’s Degree in the relevant subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Computer Science, etc.) with minimum 55% marks (mandatory). *NET/Ph.D. in the concerned discipline preferred (as per UGC norms). Experience: *2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education. *Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in the relevant discipline. *Effective communication and mentoring skills. *Familiarity with laboratory management and modern teaching practices.
