Job Title: Fire & Safety Officer (Fresher)

Qualification Required:

• B.Sc. (Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety)
• B.E. / B.Tech (Fire & Safety Engineering or equivalent)

Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)

Location: Gandhidham

Job Summary:

The Fire & Safety Officer (Fresher) will assist in implementing fire safety, health, and environment practices in the organization. The role involves supporting senior safety professionals, learning to monitor workplace safety compliance, and ensuring preventive measures for fire hazards and accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring fire & safety measures across the workplace.
• Support in conducting fire drills, safety inspections, and audits.
• Help in identifying unsafe acts and unsafe conditions; report to seniors.
• Learn to handle and maintain fire protection equipment (extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, sprinklers).
• Assist in incident reporting, near-miss tracking, and safety documentation.
• Promote safety awareness and enforce usage of PPE.
• Participate in training programs on fire prevention, first aid, and emergency handling.

Skills & Knowledge (Expected from Fresher):

• Basic understanding of fire prevention and fire-fighting equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial safety rules, regulations, and practices.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn under supervision.
• Ability to work in teams and adapt to plant/industrial environments.

Salary / CTC:

As per company norms (₹2.8 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA ).
