B.sc agriculture Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact new and existing customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate agri-input solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive repeat business.
• Provide timely and accurate information on order status and delivery.
• Handle inquiries and offer expert advice on crop schedules, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Assist in technical sales support and guide internal teams for cross-selling opportunities.
• Respond to farmers queries and ensure prompt resolution.
• Prepare crop advisory content and schedules based on seasonal demand.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and digital)
• Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
• Sound knowledge of agriculture practices, common pests, diseases, and nutrient management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
