Description

We are seeking an experienced BRIM CI Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and revenue management, with extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP BRIM solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, implement, and support BRIM CI solutions tailored to client needs.
Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Provide training and support to clients on BRIM CI functionalities and best practices.
Stay updated on BRIM CI trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Assist in the development of documentation and user manuals.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in BRIM CI or related technical consulting roles.
Strong understanding of billing and revenue management concepts.
Proficiency in SAP BRIM and its components such as Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and Customer Financial Management.
Experience with integration of BRIM solutions with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
