Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive

  brand strategy

  that aligns with the organizations vision, values, and goals in healthcare education.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity for all communication channels.
  
• Lead brand audits and ensure consistent application across marketing, communications, and academic materials.
  
• Strengthen the institution’s reputation as a trusted leader in healthcare education.
  

Marketing & Communication

• Oversee the development of brand campaigns, digital presence, and promotional materials (brochures, videos, website, etc.).
  
• Collaborate with digital, design, and content teams to create storytelling that connects emotionally with students, healthcare professionals, and partners.
  
• Drive brand visibility through PR, social media, events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  
• Ensure all communication complies with healthcare education ethics and accreditation standards.
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with academic leaders, faculty, and marketing teams to communicate educational value and impact.
  
• Build relationships with industry partners, healthcare organizations, and alumni to strengthen brand credibility.
  
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners for branding projects.
  

Performance & Insights

• Monitor brand performance through KPIs such as awareness, engagement, enrollment influence, and reputation metrics.
  
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends in healthcare education.
  
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership on brand effectiveness and improvement strategies.
