About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Brand Communications Specialist who willown and drive the company's brand storytelling, marketing communications, and digitalengagement. You will be responsible for creating impactful brand narratives, orchestrating marketingcontent, and enabling strategic brand positioning. Key Responsibilities
Corporate Branding & Profiles
- Own and continuously refine company branding across all platforms (website, LinkedIn,
social media).
- Create and update marketing collateral such as corporate decks, brochures, and brand
guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to craft authentic messaging that resonates with the target
audience and supports business growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and produce engaging, on-brand
storytelling.
- Maintain a strategic and dynamic content calendar ensuring timely and relevant brand
communication.
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Lead social media strategy and execution with creative, high-impact posts to increase brand
awareness and audience engagement.
- Analyze digital metrics and optimize content strategy to improve reach
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovate with fresh content ideas, visuals, and campaigns.
Internal & External Communication Support
- Work cross-functionally with sales, HR, design, and marketing teams to ensure all branding
efforts align with organizational goals.
- Enhance brand positioning through strategic messaging and content support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in brand strategy, corporate communications, or content
marketing within digital ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and executing
brand initiatives end-to-end.
- Expertise with social media platforms, marketing automation, CRM tools, and content
management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with AI-powered content and video creation tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using digital analytics and reporting tools to
measure campaign performance and ROI.
