BRAND & VENDOR COORDINATOR

Job Summary: The Brand and Vendor Coordinator is responsible for managing relationships with vendors, ensuring brand consistency, coordinating marketing materials, and supporting procurement and logistics functions. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendors for timely supply, pricing, and quality assurance. Ensure branding guidelines are followed across all vendor-supplied materials. Maintain and update vendor databases and contracts. Support marketing and branding campaigns with required vendor deliverables. Handle purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory updates. Resolve issues related to vendor performance or delivery delays. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, procurement, design). Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in vendor management or branding roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and vendor management tools. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
