Job Description

As a member of the Creative Design Team at Gray Matrix, you will play a crucial role in shaping brand visuals, UI/UX journeys, and content that goes beyond mere decoration to provide direction and meaning. You will have the opportunity to work on high-visibility products and collaborate across various teams to push visual innovation. Here is what we are looking for in a candidate: - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX, graphic design, brand storytelling, or motion/video - Previous experience in designing for web, mobile, and product interfaces - Proficiency in creating designs from scratch, including user journeys, wireframes, and final high-fidelity screens - Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, Canva, and Protopie/Lottie - Understanding of design systems, micro-interactions, typography, and responsive layouts Bonus Points if you have: - Experience in designing for SaaS, AI, or B2B products - Skills in storyboarding or video editing - Exposure to working closely with developers, product managers, and brand teams - Strong grasp of current design trends and ability to evolve beyond them If you are someone who thinks in grids, feels in gradients, and believes in the transformative power of design beyond aesthetics, we encourage you to apply and be part of our team at Gray Matrix.,
