Brand Strategy Partner

As a Brand Strategy Partner in Content Strategy, you will be the strategic core of content creation by transforming insights into IPs, briefs into storytelling frameworks, and consumer truths into ideas that resonate across various platforms. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and creative instinct. You will collaborate closely with client leads, creatives, producers, and senior strategists to craft content that is both thoughtful and innovative. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping content and communication strategy for the MARS business, working on some of the most beloved consumer brands globally. Your responsibilities will include translating brand and business briefs into platform-first content architectures, developing narratives that blend cultural context with consumer behavior and digital logic, leveraging data and trends to derive sharp insights, collaborating with creatives and producers to co-create content ideas, and creating compelling presentations that simplify and amplify your strategic vision. It is essential to continuously enhance your understanding of audiences, their preferences, engagement drivers, and online behaviors. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6-9 years of experience in content strategy, brand planning, or digital-first storytelling. You must demonstrate a proven ability to bridge the gap between culture, consumers, and creative concepts. Experience in crafting original content solutions, especially in digital formats, series, or creator-driven projects, is highly valuable. Proficiency in interpreting audience and platform data to derive actionable insights and ideas is crucial. Previous experience with FMCG or lifestyle brands is advantageous. You should thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment that encourages innovation, energy, and problem-solving. Any background in content studios, creator networks, or social storytelling teams would be a bonus.,
