Brand Strategist

Job Title: Brand Strategist
Department: Branding & Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for clients and internal projects
• Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking
• Define brand positioning, voice, values, and messaging frameworks
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and digital marketers to translate strategy into compelling visual and verbal outputs
• Evaluate brand performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
• Lead client workshops and presentations to align vision and goals
• Keep abreast of branding and marketing trends, tools, and emerging platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI, and content strategy
• Experience working in a digital agency or consultancy (preferred)

Skills Required:

• Strategic thinking with a creative flair
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear brand narratives
• Strong project management and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, or branding frameworks (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
