Brand Strategist/ Client Servicing

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 4-5 years of experience working with digital/integrated advertising agencies, specifically focusing on Brand Solutions. You should have a proven track record of leading successful ad campaigns for iconic/legacy brands. As a Brand Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for managing accounts, interacting with clients, understanding their briefs, planning and executing campaigns, evaluating performance, and proposing strategies to enhance brand positioning. You will need to develop monthly digital marketing plans aligned with brand objectives, set project timelines, manage client expectations, and provide timely performance reports. In addition to client management, you will oversee a team, ensuring the timely delivery of brand requirements, providing training and guidance to team members, identifying top performers, and creating growth and succession plans. Your role will also involve analyzing data, deriving insights, making data-driven recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing campaigns effectively. The successful candidate must possess strong communication, time management, and attention to detail skills. You should also have a problem-solving attitude, an analytical mindset, and excellent client servicing abilities. Technical knowledge of Google Analytics or other marketing analytics platforms will be an added advantage. Keeping abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing is essential. You should be proactive in sharing your knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.,
