As a Brand Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening and expanding our brand's presence across various platforms by driving impactful collaborations and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include curating, strategizing, and executing campaigns that align with the brand's vision, fostering meaningful relationships with partners and clients, and contributing to brand growth and revenue strategies. You will curate, pitch, and execute creative campaigns with brands from industries such as EdTech, fitness, and e-commerce. By understanding client briefs and collaborating with internal teams, you will ideate and strategize innovative campaign solutions. Your role will also involve planning timelines for campaign launches, overseeing smooth execution and delivery, and building a strong community across social media platforms to enhance brand engagement. Additionally, you will assist in setting up new brand initiatives, coordinate with clients and stakeholders to build lasting relationships, track market trends, and integrate relevant insights into brand campaigns and messaging. Furthermore, you will contribute to creating SOPs, templates, and campaign trackers to streamline brand operations. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in brand management, partnerships, or marketing roles. Your strong creative thinking skills, excellent communication, and presentation abilities, as well as your capacity to manage multiple campaigns and timelines efficiently, will be valuable assets. Moreover, your familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing, attention to detail, and organizational skills will contribute to your success in this position.
