As a Brand Solutions Manager in the Influencer Marketing department based in Mumbai (Malad), reporting to the Team Lead Brand Solutions, your role involves decoding client briefs to create customized influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives. Your responsibilities include: - Creating tailored influencer marketing strategies based on client briefs. - Overseeing end-to-end campaign planning, budgeting, and execution with cross-functional teams. - Evaluating and shortlisting relevant creators considering audience insights, content fitment, and brand tonality. - Coordinating with clients for campaign presentations, approvals, and performance reviews. - Tracking campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights for future campaign optimization. - Collaborating with leadership to identify growth opportunities across existing and new accounts.
