Your major responsibilities will include strategizing monthly digital marketing plans, setting project timelines, managing client expectations, reporting brand performance, and overseeing a team to ensure timely delivery of brand requirements. You will also provide training and guidance to team members, identify key performers, and analyze data to make data-driven recommendations for brand enhancement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, and technical teams will be essential to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns effectively. Your strong communication, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and analytical skills will be crucial in this role.
