Company- VST Industries Ltd (Vazir Sultan Tobacco on the Payroll Randstad India ) (Vazir Sultan Tobacco was started by the late Mr. Vazir Sultan in 1916, present Vithalwadi, Hyderabad.VST went Public in 1930,Brands- Under the names of Charms, Charminar, Editions , Special, and Moments) Salary & Benefits- CTC Upto Rs 21500+ Mobile- Rs 200/- + Incentive Job Location- Madhubani & Katihar (Bihar) Qualification- 12th Passed /Any Graduate Fresher are also welcome Experience At least 1-2 Years in Field Sales Preferred from fmcg/Tobacco industry Gender- Male At least Age should be more than 21 Years 10AM to 7 Pm (Cover only 1-2 Panwadi Stores on daily basis for Sampling Cigarettes) Job Role- Presentable & Good Communicator & fluent in Local Hindi Language Approaching the Walking Customers at Panwadi Stores/outlets for VST Cigarettes Greeting the Customer who came at Stores & Pitch them our Products Open to working in a field environment/Field Job Confident, Sales Skills at least should be to speak with Customer & convinced him Generating Sales & Updating sales in the tracker on daily basis Preferably from the local area (so that less traveling would be required to reach the outlet) Have to report to respective Pan shops @ 10:00 AM daily Should be Always in Proper Attire/Dressing Sense
