Role Overview: As a Jewelry Sales Associate, your main responsibility is customer engagement, both in the showroom and online. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable jewelry items based on their preferences. Your expertise in explaining product features, craftsmanship, and pricing will help customers make informed decisions. You will also offer expert advice on jewelry styles and trends to ensure a personalized shopping experience.
