You are the face of our brand, directly influencing customer satisfaction and sales growth. Your ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions not only drives revenue but also strengthens our reputation as a trusted technology partner. This role is crucial in achieving our strategic objective of expanding our customer base and maintaining our market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products and services.
• Demonstrating product features and benefits effectively.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving minor issues with support from senior staff.

Qualifications:

• Plus Two (Higher Secondary) education is essential.
• Additional certifications in sales or technology are a plus.

Past Experience:

• 0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within retail sales or a similar service-oriented environment.
• Experience in electronics retail is an advantage but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
