Role & responsibilities

1. Operations

• Property Shows & Events Management

  : Participate and promote projects at various property shows in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Bengaluru and other states based on requirement.
• Collect leads and input them into the CRM system for follow-up and closure.
• Coordinate logistics for property show materials such as POSM and price sheets.
• Exclusive Road Shows and Aparna Events: Plan and execute exclusive road shows and events across Hyderabad/Telangana based on the marketing calendar and specific needs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Interact with sales teams at project sites to gather customer insights and feedback.
• Competition Mapping: Gather information on competitors' new project launches, including brochures and price sheets.
• Consumer Feedback Surveys: Conduct surveys in existing Aparna communities to gather feedback and insights.
• Media Surveys: Conduct surveys at Aparna marketing offices to monitor media effectiveness.
• OOH Site Monitoring: Monitor existing outdoor advertising sites
• POSM Coordination: Coordinate point-of-sale materials for property shows, road shows, and events.
• Manage POSM movement to project sites and replenish stock as needed.

2. Customer Relationship

• Maintaining all customer relationships to ensure that Aparna is a priority choice.
