🔍 Role: Brand & Product Promoter

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate products to walk-in customers at Lulu HyperMarket
• Engage customers, explain product benefits, and drive trials & sales
• Maintain product visibility, shelf display, and hygiene standards
• Handle customer queries confidently and professionally
• Share daily sales feedback and customer insights with the team
  

✅ Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum

  10th / 12th pass

  (Graduates preferred)
• Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
• Pleasant personality with strong customer-interaction skills
• Prior experience in

  retail / FMCG / food sampling / product promotion

  is a plus
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
  

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:

  ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Incentives:

  Performance-based incentives (additional earnings)
