Join our growing team as a Brand & Product Promoter at Lulu HyperMarket and be the face of our brand on the shop floor. 🔍 Role: Brand & Product Promoter Employment Type: Full-time / On-ground Retail 🛠 Key Responsibilities Promote and demonstrate products to walk-in customers at Lulu HyperMarket Engage customers, explain product benefits, and drive trials & sales Maintain product visibility, shelf display, and hygiene standards Handle customer queries confidently and professionally Share daily sales feedback and customer insights with the team ✅ Eligibility & Skills Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred) Good communication skills (local language + basic English) Pleasant personality with strong customer-interaction skills Prior experience in retail / FMCG / food sampling / product promotion is a plus Freshers with the right attitude are welcome 💰 Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based incentives (additional earnings) On-the-job training Opportunity to work with a fast-growing brand in premium retail stores 📍 Work Locations Kochi Trivandrum Hyderabad Lucknow Bengaluru
