Job Description

- We are seeking a creative leader to set brand standards, define a brand voice, and take the lead on bringing the brand to life through every facet of the customer journey and our internal employee experience. - Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy. - initiatives but also get an opportunity to strategize and execute brand, consumer research. - Review the brand-wise profitability and take required actions with respect to both profitable and non-profitable brands. - Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities: - Work directly with the founders to create and drive the Signzy Brand. - Closely align all communication channels with broader brand story: Website, Social Media, Email campaigns. - Work closely with marketing and PR teams to achieve branding goals and vision. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience working in any startup domain and aiding growth of the brand to a Unicorn. - Original thinking and creative problem solving. - Exposure to different aspects of marketing. - Proven credentials in brand thinking and creation. Brownie Points: - Experience in a startup which is known for its branding. - Interest in finance and banking industry.
