About the Role: Brand Outreach Executive

📍 Commission-Only | Remote | Flexible TimingsDreamBridge Media is hiring a Brand Outreach Executive to help us connect with innovative D2C brands, startups, and marketing teams across India.As part of our business development team, you’ll identify potential brand partners, pitch our influencer marketing services, and convert leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and shortlist potential brands for outreachFind contact information of key decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads)Send personalized outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, or social mediaPitch our services confidently and professionallySet up meetings or close deals independentlyMaintain outreach logs using Google Sheets or CRMCollaborate with internal teams for campaign execution after a deal is closed

Who We’re Looking For:

Excellent written communication (emails, DMs, LinkedIn)Strong research and lead generation skillsConfidence in pitching services and handling objectionsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and proactivePrior experience in influencer marketing or lead generation is a plus

Compensation:

🎯 Commission-Only — Earn a percentage of every successful deal you close. No fixed salary. High-income potential for result-oriented individuals. Hybrid compensation will be provided based on performance.
