Brand Operations Manager

Pune | On-site Only

We're hiring someone who can own the floor, run end-to-end agency delivery, and be the go-to person for clients, team, and execution.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations across design, content, ads & client servicing
• Lead 610 client accounts with clear weekly WIPs + proactive communication
• Drive upsells, cross-sells & campaign initiatives
• Run daily huddles, ensure timely delivery & quality approvals
• Review creatives, scripts, ads before sending to clients
• Maintain dashboards, processes & client growth metrics
• Work directly with the Founder on strategy + escalations

Who You Must Be

• 36 years EXPERIENCE IN AN ADVERTISING / DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY (Mandatory)
• Proven track record in client management & delivery
• Strong communication, leadership & multitasking
• Comfortable with fast-paced execution & high accountability
• Confident in pitching ideas and handling CXOs
• Calm, solution-driven & ownership mindset
