Job Description

As a Brand Manager at the India marketing team of a renowned spirits company, you will play a crucial role in leading the marketing efforts for a portfolio of super premium and luxury whiskeys, including Woodford Reserve and Glendronach. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing strategies and plans to enhance awareness, equity, and penetration of the super premium American Whiskey brand, Woodford Reserve, in the Indian market - Launching and growing the world-renowned Ultra Premium Sherry Cask Aged Single Malt Whiskey, The Glendronach, to establish it as a respected brand in the country - Leading the growth of the Super Premium and Luxury Brands in the portfolio - Owning the development and execution of brand building roadmap and brand plan aligned with business strategy - Creating and implementing consumer communication and engagement plans across various channels - Driving NPD and Innovation Planning for the portfolio - Acting as the primary point for generating consumer and competitive intelligence and communicating insights back to the brand - Managing budgets with a strong ROI focus - Developing trade marketing campaigns and maintaining relationships with brand partners, agencies, and vendors To excel in this role, you should possess: - 5 to 7 years of sales and marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years in marketing - Strong background in super premium and luxury consumer products, preferably in the alcobev industry - Ability to analyze data and distill actionable insights - Expertise in conceptualizing experiential brand and marketing activation programs - Hands-on experience in planning and executing social media and content marketing campaigns - Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Your uniqueness will lie in: - Curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset - Passion for staying updated on cultural trends and consumer culture - Ability to strategize and execute with attention to detail - Talent for developing strong relationships and influencing stakeholders Joining Brown-Forman means being part of a team where great people build great brands.
