About Leads N Latte Leads N Latte is a fast-growing B2B marketing agency specializing in building powerful personal brands for founders and executives. We blend storytelling, strategy, and design to help leaders stand out in their industries. Role Overview We’re seeking a proactive and creative B2B Brand Manager to take full ownership of building and managing the personal brands of our founder clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can wear multiple hats, and wants to make a visible impact through high-quality content and brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Brand Management: Lead the brand-building journey from deep research and content strategy to writing, designing images & videos, publishing, and performance tracking. Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with target audiences, including crafting compelling narratives and overseeing the creation of multimedia content. Design Oversight: Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing images and videos that align with brand messaging. Publishing & Distribution: Manage the scheduling and distribution of content across various platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of branding initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI. Client Collaboration: Work closely with founders to understand their vision and translate it into a cohesive personal brand. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1–3 years experience in personal branding or executive branding. Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective brand strategies that drive results. Content Expertise: Strong skills in content creation, including writing and overseeing multimedia production. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics to inform decision-making. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems, design tools, and analytics platform Note- Compulsory to give personal linkedin id access for marketing purposes.
