Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager - HEAD, based in Nagpur. The Brand Manager - HEAD will oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and goals. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The role also involves evaluating brand performance, managing budgets, and driving initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

• Experience in marketing strategy, advertising, and public relations
• Proficiency in market research and consumer behavior analysis
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills for assessing brand performance and implementing improvements
• A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a senior branding or marketing role is highly desirable
