Job Description

We’re hiring a Brand & Graphic Designer

(5–7 years)

to create

high-performing ad creatives

for

Google and Meta campaigns

. This role requires a mix of

strong visual storytelling, sharp attention to detail, and data-driven creativity

Your Responsibilities

Design static and motion creatives tailored for Google Display and Meta Ads.
Brainstorm visual strategies with the growth and performance marketing teams.
Deliver multiple creative options for A/B testing.
Ensure ads are optimized for different screen sizes and placements.
Continuously refine visuals based on performance insights.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in graphic design for digital campaigns.
Strong knowledge of ad design principles (CTR-boosting visuals, clear CTAs, high contrast).
Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (motion graphics a plus).
Portfolio demonstrating ad creatives that performed well.
